WE IP is thrilled to welcome Mr. Poom Bhumichitr to our WE IP family in a Senior Associate position, starting from 1 April 2022.
To us, Poom is no stranger. For years, he had been part of our team’s former incarnations, but later decided to head out and explore other areas of legal services. Since 2018, Poom has held positions as Associate in two leading law firms and headed in-house legal departments of private and public Thai companies, working on a wide range on corporate and commercial matters – including company formations, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, large-scale M&As, IPOs and security instruments – for an impressive list of clients.
Mr. Poom Bhumichitr, the latest and most welcome addition to our WE IP family, will certainly help strengthen our capabilities in IP-spinoff and non-IP legal services, where demands are ever-rising within WE IP’s expanding client base.
